Introduction/Summary post

The year is unknown. It is the years right after the ultimate world war that has brought down the apocalypse on humanity and the destruction of the planet.

The place is unknown. It is somewhere on this planet Earth that is now devastated, a large, endless desert of dust and sand where life used to thrive.

Whatever remains of humanity survives in bunkers, large metal encased cities often set deep underground in order to protect the population from the noxious, poison atmosphere and the harsh, infected environment. Hideous, dangerous mutants of what used to be organic beings haunt the wastelands above ground. There is no leaving once you are inside the bunkers. There is no life outside these thick metal walls.

The only way to survive outside is by breathing through a gas mask. It can only be taken off in short intervals of time. Otherwise, the wearer risks permanent brain damage and death by inhalation of the contaminated air. It does not have a speech function.

This is the journey of people who wander the dusty Earth in hopes of finding a sign of life.

They are voiceless.

They are survivors.

They are alone.

JOURNEY 1- Eren and Levi

Eren: Looks like he is around 20 years old. Dark brown hair. Green eyes. Carries no weapon at the beginning. Wears long sleeved black jacket with white designs. Wears tight black pants. Wears sneakers. Wears a long red scarf.

Levi: Looks like he is in his mid-twenties. Black hair. Grey eyes. Carries a long, thin metal pole as a weapon. Wears elbow-length black t-shirt with white patterns. Wears black cargo pants. Wears black combat boots. Wears long white scarf.

JOURNEY 1- Eren and Levi

Levi teaches Eren to survive in the desert on the surface. In return, Eren provides Levi with silent, welcome company. They seek out the nearest bunker together. Along the way, they form a bond that transcends the boundaries of the physical.  (may or may not be a romantic relationship)

OPEN TO ANY CANON CHARACTER. MUST RP IN TEAMS OF TWO ONLY. TEAMS EXIST IN PARALLEL BUT NEVER MEET IN THE OPEN. THEY CAN MEET IN THE BUNKER.

JOURNEY 2- Mikasa & Annie

Mikasa: In her early twenties. Has raven hair and dark obsidian eyes. She carries an axe with her. She wear a long sleeved white button up shirt and uses robber gloves. Her pants are a jaded red. She waers black combat boots that reach her knees and a red scarf is woven around her neck.

Annie: Around 20 years old. Blond hair, usually (if not always) tied back. Pale blue eyes. Carries a makeshift blade as a weapon, about the size of a machete. Wears her trusty, white, sleeveless hoodie and plain, dark pants. Keeps herself wrapped in an oversized, sand-colored scarf. Calf-length combat boots are also a must.

**Notes: Mikasa and Annie are leaders of two different groups living in the same bunkers.

JOURNEY 2- Mikasa & Annie

Stories of a deserted laboratory have been spreading through their bunker for a few weeks now. Although this seems more like a hopeful myth, Mikasa and Annie decide to put their differences aside and go investigate; since the people of their bunker are getting sick from the radiation of the surface and getting weaker by the day, it's worth a shot.

Together, they set out despite their bitter feelings towards one another.
